What data we process
The data you send us on WhatsApp or by email to request a quote or book the service: name, phone number, apartment address, dates, photos of the property and billing details.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare the quote, carry out the cleaning and issue invoices.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a contract and the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together and afterwards for the periods required by law, for example tax and accounting rules.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law, for example with the Spanish Tax Agency, or with the accountant (gestoría) who keeps our books. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. This website is hosted by Netlify, which may log technical access data such as IP addresses.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, by writing to casalista.costablanca@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from our own site, with no third-party connections.
