Each price covers one bathroom, the kitchen, the living area and all cleaning products. We confirm the final price from your photos before the first clean. All prices include VAT (IVA).

How booking works
Price before we start
Every first clean starts with an assessment from your photos on WhatsApp, or a visit. The price is confirmed before any work. If the job turns out very different from what was described, we agree the change before starting.
Booking
Book from the next day. Need a clean today? Message us on WhatsApp and we check availability.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before. If we are already on the way, can't get in, or nobody arrives within 30 minutes, 50% of the price applies (minimum €30).
Keys and access
Key box, smart lock or a spare set left with us. We work with the system you already use.

How much does a turnover clean cost?
From €50 for a studio. Extra bathrooms, a large terrace and laundry are added on top. The calculator above gives you an estimate in a few seconds.

Do you only clean holiday apartments?
Yes. We specialise in holiday apartments for short stays, so the checklist, timing and reporting are built around guest changeovers.
Do you wash the linen?
Not in the base price. If no clean set is waiting in the apartment, we take yours to the laundry for €8 per bed.
Do you restock supplies?
Yes, as agreed with you. We buy what is missing, charge it at the receipt price and add €5 per restock run.
What if the guests left it very dirty?
For parties, pets or heavy soiling we send you photos first and agree a deep-clean price before we start.
Can you plan around my bookings?
Yes. Send us your check-out dates, or share your Airbnb or Booking calendar link, and we schedule every turnover around them.
Do you meet guests or hand over keys?
No. We do report damage, missing items and anything guests left behind straight after the clean.
Do you give invoices?
Yes. We are registered as autónomos in Spain and invoice every clean.
